Leadership integrity is not proven only when a leader is on the platform. It is revealed by the choices made when nobody is watching: whether the truth is told, promises are kept, money is handled honestly, and responsibility is accepted.
Be faithful in small things
Luke 16:10 teaches that faithfulness in little matters. A leader who arrives prepared, keeps accurate records, protects confidential information, and completes assignments builds trust over time.
Practise transparent leadership
Give clear instructions and realistic deadlines. Report delays early. Do not hide mistakes or blame others to protect your reputation. If you handle church resources, follow the agreed process and keep proper records.
Welcome accountability
Healthy accountability is not an attack. It protects the leader, the people, and the mission. Invite feedback from trusted people, correct what needs correcting, and learn from repeated problems.
Prayer
Father, make me truthful, dependable, and humble. Help me serve people rather than protect my image. Give me courage to do what is right when it costs me something. Amen.
Action: Identify one responsibility where you need clearer records, better communication, or a more dependable routine. Make the change today.
