BCI Church Concludes September to Remember 2026 in Harare
HARARE, ZIMBABWE — 29 September 2026 — Body of Christ International Church (BCI/BCICHURCH) has concluded September to Remember 2026, a five-day gathering held from 23 to 27 September at Mount Zion in Mufakose, Harare, under the theme “New Thing” from Isaiah 43:18-19.
The gathering was hosted by Apostle Levi Mahemu and Prophetess N. Mahemu and featured ministry from Apostle Mboti, Bishop Sibiya and Bishop Dominic Danda. The programme focused on teaching, prayer, healing, deliverance, prophetic ministry and practical Christian discipleship.
Messages That Marked the Gathering
Apostle Mboti taught on spiritual authority and victory, challenging believers to understand their position in Christ and to stand firm in faith. His central message was: “We are victors, not victims.”
Bishop Sibiya taught on discernment and spiritual order, using biblical accounts including Elijah and Jezebel to challenge believers to recognise intimidation, manipulation, false spirituality and disorder, while testing spiritual claims against Scripture.
Bishop Dominic Danda ministered on “Pleasing the Father” on Days 4 and 5. His teaching focused on knowing Jesus personally, humility, obedience, relationships, fulfilling righteousness, purpose and refusing to live selfishly.
On Day 4, Bishop Danda used Matthew 3, Matthew 14 and Philippians 2 to show how Jesus pleased the Father through humility and obedience. On Day 5, he continued by highlighting relationships, righteousness, humility, fulfilled purpose and a life poured out for others.
A Call Beyond the Event
BCICHURCH says the gathering was not intended to end with the final service. The church is encouraging participants to carry the teaching into daily life by knowing Christ personally, walking in humility, obeying God’s Word, standing firm in faith, maintaining healthy relationships and using their resources and opportunities for God’s purpose.
“September to Remember has reminded us that a new thing must not only be announced. It must be recognised, received and walked out,” said the church in its post-event reflection.
