A testimony can encourage someone who feels stuck. But the power of the testimony is not the greatness of the person. It is what Jesus has done.
Tell the truth about where God met you
Keep your story honest. Explain the problem, what God did, and how your life is changing.
Give Jesus the centre
A testimony should help people see God’s mercy, faithfulness and power. It should not become a platform for self-promotion.
Let testimony produce faith
When people hear what God has done, invite them to trust God with their own situation and respond in prayer.
Action today
Write your salvation testimony in three parts: where I was, how Jesus met me, and how I am walking now.
Share your journey with the BCI family through BCICHURCH.
Prayer: Father, let my story bring glory to Jesus and hope to someone else. Make my testimony a witness. Amen.
